It was suitable only for small cars, and this crucial detail was missing from any prior communications. Navigating to find alternative parking resulted in an unexpected hassle and extra costs, which completely ruined my stay.

I had a great stay! The room was super clean and so chic. The bed was super comfy. Staff surprised us with a birthday upgrade, even better. Just a heads up, the storage space is pretty tight!

I expected at least a complimentary gesture or an upgrade given all the hassle, but surprise-there's none! You really don't feel like a valued guest here, just another number. Disappointed!

Positive, The location was excellent, right near the train station and shopping street. The room had a great view and modern amenities. The air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather. I loved the comfy bed and polite staff ☀️
